2.1. All orders are processed through your designated Account Manager.
2.2. Customers are required to approve a digital mockup and design sheet before proceeding with payment.
2.3. Once the initial samples are approved, the order will be submitted for production. Your Account Manager will manage the entire process to ensure timely delivery.
2.4. Manufacturing of orders begins post the design approval and typically takes 3-4 weeks. Shipping can take an additional 7-10 days.
3. Payment
3.1. Full payment is required upon order submission and before the commencement of production.
3.2. Payments can be made via credit card, ACH/Wire transfer.
4. Artwork Approval & Modifications
4.1. Changes to orders can be made until artwork approval. Post this approval, orders cannot be modified or cancelled.
4.2. It is the customer's responsibility to review and approve the final artwork details.
5. Return and Refund Policy
5.1. Due to the customized nature of our products, items are ineligible for returns.
5.2. Defective garments will be assessed individually, and appropriate solutions will be offered on a case-by-case basis.
6. Copyright and Trademarks
6.1. Customers grant Spark Polo a royalty-free, irrevocable license to use and reproduce uploaded content for order customization.
6.2. Customers agree to indemnify Spark Polo against any copyright or trademark infringements related to the provided content.
6.3. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that product designs comply with state, league, or any governing body regulations.
6.4. Spark Polo reserves the right to decline any order containing inappropriate content.
7. Order Quantity
7.1. The minimum order quantity for regular polos is 50 pieces per design.
7.2. Minimum order quantities for sustainable products may vary. Customers should consult with our team for specifics.
8. Shipping
8.1. Spark Polo ships orders worldwide, barring destinations with shipping restrictions.
8.2. Products can be shipped to multiple addresses if indicated during the order process.
9. Product Sourcing and Customization
9.1. Products are sourced from factories compliant with OEKOTex, SA8000, or equivalent standards.
9.2. Decoration options include embroidery, heat transfer, and woven tags.
